In Puglia’s countryside, time untangles and slows. Matching the quiet of the land, it becomes yours again to mould. Surrounded by open spaces, gardens and salted experiences, this is where we reconnect – to Nature, to others, to mind and soul.
Join us in our bucolic way of life. Lose yourself to Nature’s embrace for it is warm and it is comforting. Among her elements, days can be spent with consideration and care. Moments of quiet under trees are followed by sociable activities in the sun, drinking and dining together on the earth’s simplest yet most flavoursome of tastes. This is natural living, and the simply life is one that can’t be ignored for long.
The farm
Tune into our rhythm of farming life by foraging, feeding animals collecting honey or hunting eggs. Although it’s not expected – you may prefer to simply enjoy the farm’s produce at the table – we welcome you to get as involved as you please.
The vineyard
Tenuta Negroamaro’s ornamental vineyard will weave across the landscape and ask to be explored. Along rows and under archways, wander slowly with us through Puglia’s heritage scene.

Boat
The Mediterranean’s shores lie just two kilometres from Tenuta Negroamaro and you can book our private boat for an excursion across her clear waters, exploring Puglia by sea for the afternoon or the whole day.

Across this corner of Italy, the mood is set by fairytale trulli villages and twinkling Mediterranean views. And with cities that buzz and sparkle at night, Medieval castles and hidden coves, lose yourself completely to the history and beauty of Puglia.
Our shop
A boutique-meets-farm-shop will sells our original produce. From natural soaps to olive oils, a range of local crafts as well as sun-creams and the little things that will enhance your stay.
